Kingsmen was once again named ‘Business Events Service Provider of the Year’ at the 2015 Singapore Experience Awards for BNP Paribas WTA Finals Singapore presented by SC Global. Another one of our projects, Art Stage Singapore 2014, was one of two finalists for the same category. The Singapore Experience Awards is a recognition platform for outstanding experiences offered by individuals and organisations within the Singapore tourism sector encompassing Attractions, Business Travel and MICE (BTMICE), Dining, Experiential Learning, Entertainment, Healthcare, Hospitality and Retail.
Kingsmen’s Korea office was presented with a Bronze Award by the Interior Design Confederation Singapore (IDCS) at the Design Excellence Awards ceremony held at the Singapore Repertory Theatre on 21 October 2015. The award recognised Kingsmen Korea Ltd’s outstanding interior design for Lotte Cinema Konkuk in the Leisure Design category for the Asia Pacific region.

Our alternative marketing division, Kingsmen Ooh-Media, was celebrated as the Bronze winner for ‘Event Marketing Agency of the Year’ at Marketing Magazine’s Agency of the Year Awards 2015.
The Awards celebrate groundbreaking and innovative agency performances in Singapore and is based solely on the opinion of client marketers. Over 700 client marketers in Singapore participated in Marketing’s annual Marketing Spend Benchmarking Survey to determine the finalists in each of the categories.
Thereafter, a high profile jury made up of 25 client marketers from leading brands including DBS Bank, FrieslandCampina, Lenovo, Tigerair and VISA assessed finalists submissions on key criteria covering business performance, team development, the depth of the agency’s contributions to the industry and community and the quality of work executed over the past year.

Kingsmen clinched three awards at the DesignS Gala Dinner & Award Night held on 13 March, at Marina Bay Sands. The Design Business Chamber Singapore (DBCS) presented the SG Good Design Mark to Kingsmen Exhibits for The People’s Collection – a special exhibition and the SG50 special edition to Kingsmen Design for Singpost New Generation Post Office. The SG Good Design Mark recognises companies and individuals who have inculcated good design values in their products and services in order to enhance industrial development and enrich lives responsibly.The SG50 Special Edition is only awarded to products that have evolved with the nation building of Singapore and have a special place in Singaporean’s hearts.
In addition, Kingsmen was also named one of Asia’s Top Design Practices based on a joint portfolio submission which comprised some of our best works such as BMW World 2014, Metro at Centrepoint, Cool de Sac & Bistro Cool, MOS Cafe Rokakku Karasuma, Famille Station, 50 Greatest Photographs of National Geographic and KAI at DX Korea 2014.
Kingsmen’s Executive Chairman, Benedict Soh, was one of eight entrepreneurs who supported the launch of Citi-NIE’s SG50 Entrepreneurs Trail on 9th March at the National Library. He participated in an engaging forum with students who were keen to learn more about entrepreneurship and its challenges. Citi-NIE’s Trail Shuttle app features interesting stories from 50 entrepreneurs to educate students in Singapore about what it means to be an entrepreneur today.
